Return Policy: Customer can exchange the good/s under specific conditions only for an equivalent amount or can exchange the good/s for another carpet after paying the difference within a period of 07 days after purchase of good/s.

We guarantee that all carpets in Afghan Carpet are handmade, knotted and weaved. A certificate of authenticity can be issued upon request.
We believe in the right use of after care to keep your rugs clean! We recommend to occasionally vacuum your rug to keep it fresh and clean while using cool water and antibacterial soap to fight all stains. We at Afghan Carpet provide a lifetime service and would be happy to assist all your aftercare needs and questions! Email, call or simply visit any of our outlets for any more assistance.
All deliveries are handled by UPS. Each carpet has its own shipping cost depending on the destination country and weight of the carpet.
